Eurovia member Thomas de Vaucleroy won NATO Allied Command Transformation’s Student Challenge 2026, answering how NATO should redesign its partnerships to sustain its technological edge. His winning O.P.E.N. Framework — Open Partnerships for Ecosystems and Networks — proposed decentralised innovation hubs, trusted partner certification, data trusts and agile governance to help the Alliance capture emerging technologies faster. General Aurelio Colagrande, Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, praised ideas “from people willing to challenge assumptions and imagine new possibilities.”
